Ben and Emilie met 3 years ago while working together at the Hyatt Place in Portland. The two went a couple months without really aknowledging one another, until Emilie mentioned to her friend that she thought he was cute, and mustered up the courage to introduce herself during one of their shifts. The two began as friends, texting, joking around at work, and bonding over books, music, and food. After a while both realized they felt more than friendship for eachother, and went on their first date, which consisted of an entire day filled with checking out different Portland restaraunts, margaritas, and juke box's playing The Rolling Stones and Creedence Clearwater Revival. After this the two were pretty much inseperable.
