We will be going to BELIZE!!! We are very exciting as we anticipate it to be both relaxing and adventurous. We will be staying 4 nights in a private cabana in the jungle were we will be close to Mayan temple ruins, caves, a wildlife preserve, lagoons and everything else the jungle has to offer. Afterward, we will be hopping on a charter plane for a few relaxing days at Plancenia -- a popular beach town. There we will be able to go snorkeling, visit a local spa respected by many tourists, hang with the locals (rumor is that they have a nightly drum circle), take a boat up a river to see manatees, see the reefs by sea kayak and eat some very fresh lobster!
