We will get into a 4 wheel-drive vehicle for a ride through the deep valleys of Moorea. Our honeymoon adventure begins with a drive to Paopao Valley passing pineapple plantations, crossing the Paopao Opunohu trail to the territorial property of Opunohu, we will stop at "Titiroa Marae," a temple strictly reserved for the gods as we continue to Papetoai Village to visit the first Christian church in French Polynesia, built by the London Missionary Society in 1822. How exciting!

There is nothing like a relaxing horseback ride taking in the beautiful scenery of our surroundings.

Our guide, holder of a diploma in heritage preservation, will take us on a journey through the story of the greatest maritime migration. We will visit the cultural site of Tetiiroa Marae and the Museum of Moorea where we will discover ancient stories and fascinating traditions of the Polynesian people.

We begin on the East Coast of the island and make our way around to the west coast by crossing over the isthmus of Taravao where the big island is joined to its peninsula. We'll explore under the blue water, face the impressive sting rays, marvel at the diversity of marine life. Together, we will have the thrill of meeting our dolphins face-to-face, sharing a soft touch, viewing their grace and beauty, and take home a photo for a perfect memory of our honeymoon adventure!

Your wedding gift will give us the chance to get off the beaten track on a journey deep into the island of Bora Bora. Here we will discover some of its hidden treasures while driving through the island to see the translucent lagoons surrounded by the peaceful splendor of Pahonu Hill. Then it's onto explore the remnants of the early Polynesians and the past presence of the American GI's. A fun day!

We will depart aboard a motorized outrigger canoe for a memorable honeymoon experience in the Blue Lagoon of Bora Bora. Here we will encounter Black Tip Reef Sharks and share the thrill of watching these fierce animals being fed by hand and discover the wonders of the underwater world of the "Lagoon of Bora Bora" by snorkeling near the barrier reef.

We are so excited to go snorkeling on our honeymoon, floating through the cool blue water as we swim eye to eye with exotic marine life. Paradise found!

A sunset cruise of Moorea's lagoon is definitely a relaxing and enjoyable activity in French Polynesia. This is what Moorea is all about...enjoying the peace and tranquility of the South Pacific from the water. What a great way for us to relax and see the underwater beauty of the lagoon! Marveling at the diversity of marine life, just inches away from us! A perfect honeymoon evening!

We will take a honeymoon day trip, and journey back in time to discover the traditional Polynesian culture at the Tiki Village Theatre a picturesque village with thatched roof pandanus houses. We'll see pearl farm demonstrations, learn the techniques of painting and of dyeing pareu, go lagoon fishing, meet craft workers and see a demonstration of mat weaving and Tiki carving and maybe even get a tattoo from one of the three tattoo artists.

The Tiki Village excursion will be a memorable honeymoon experience! The artists of the village will perform a coconut show and then take us to the village where we will view sculptors, tattoo artists, and the weaving of fruit baskets and flower leis. After that, we will indulge in an authentic Polynesian dinner while witnessing a spectacular dance show in the natural open air settings of the village!

There's something about the feeling of gliding on water as we skim through the waves on the pristine crystal clear hopefully calm waters. We'll have a great time no matter how many times we get dunked!

Visiting this picturesque village, nestled by the Lagoon of Haapiti, it depicts the "old Tahiti" with its typical thatched-roof pandanus houses. We will enjoy an evening in a Polynesian Village of yesterday, feasting on typical Polynesian dishes cooked in the traditional style while we are entertained by a trio of musicians, and the spectacular dance show that tells us of the Tahitian Legends, all performed in the natural settings of an open-air theatre!

From the comfort of our overwater bungalow, we will indulge in a delightful breakfast delivered to us by an outrigger canoe! Thanks to you, we will be pampered in paradise!

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.
