Once we get off the plane in Florida, we're raiding the town of Miami! Neither of us have been there before so we're looking forward to seeing a bit of the beach town nightlife before setting sail on the Caribbean waters in the morning!

We can’t wait to experience a world we have only seen in our dreams! While paddling across the mangrove channels of Las Cabezas de San Juan natural reserve, we’ll discover the stars above and the moon illuminating the calm clear waters below. At Fajardo Light House, we’ll be amazed by the water, rich in bioluminescent organisms, shimmering and glowing in an underwater world!

We are feeling lucky! How could we resist the largest casino on a ship to date? Poker, blackjack, roulette and craps. Pick a number and we will play it to win!

Together, we’ll discover Half Moon Cay’s underwater paradise! As we snorkel from our boat, the professional snorkeling guides will assist us in the crystal clear waters of the sparkling Caribbean. We’ll be swimming among the brightly colored fish, anemones and the colorful corals, and if we’re lucky, we may even have a friendly encounter with a graceful sting ray or two!

Together, we’ll experience the “spirit” and spirits of Bacardi, the largest rum factory in the world! We’ll walk around the city of San Juan and cruise through the harbor making our way to the Bacardi Rum Factory where we’ll visit the Rum Museum and learn about the age-old processing of this fine Rum and its family history. While enjoying the aromas of the different kind of Rums, we’ll see a replica of the first distillery built in Cuba in 1862, indulge in two complimentary drinks and browse around the Bacardi Gift Shop in San Juan!

Before our honeymoon cruise we're making a stop in Miami for a night. Maybe we'll even wake up to a little coffee and bagels...

Aboard our Carnival honeymoon cruise ship, we’ll indulge in classical cocktails, tropical concoctions or cold refreshing beer while relaxing by the pool in the wonderful sun. Cheers!

We’ll dress in our best and have a romantic evening together in the steakhouse to celebrate our first week and Mr. & Mrs. Gourmet appetizers, entrees and desserts will be at our disposal for this night of fine dining on the waters of the Caribbean.

We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar in Miami, the Caribbean islands, or in Brooklyn. Cheers!

With the help of our sommelier on board, we’ll select a bottle of fine wine from the extensive wine list. Cheers to you!

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!
