A cheap way to get around town -- and do some sightseeing!

Of all the things Germany is famous for, from castles, to high quality cars, and of course sausages. The most outstanding product by far is beer. We'll enjoy a pint or two on you. Cheers!

One cannot visit Europe and not take advantage of visiting its beautiful castles. Neuschwanstein Castle is a particularly lovely castle in Bavaria that we would love to visit.

This internationally renowned ancient history museum contains several fantastic artifacts, including the huge Altar of Zeus and the famous Ishtar Gate from Babylon.

Just outside Prague lies Kutna Hora. The proper name of the ‘bone church’ is the Chapel of All Saints (kaple všech svatých). When a handful of earth from the holy-land was sprinkled over the surrounding graveyard, the chapel shot to stardom as the hippest resting place for the rich and famous. As war and plague came and went the new burials outgrew the space available, and the older bones were removed and stored in the crypt of the chapel.

Located at the east entrance to the Prague castle complex is a small museum of the Lobkowicz family's remarkable and varied Collections. You can follow the history of the Czech people through this special family and experience rare music manuscripts of Mozart and Beethoven, musical instrument and gun collections, magnificent Old Master paintings and decorative arts - accompanied by the very moving (free) audio tour. A delightful restaurant with panoramic terrace and an elegant museum shop.

The Anne Frank House on Prinsengracht canal in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is a museum dedicated to Jewish wartime diarist Anne Frank, who hid from Nazi persecution with her family and four other people in hidden rooms at the rear of the building. As well as the preservation of the hiding place — known in Dutch as the Achterhuis — and an exhibition on the life and times of Anne Frank, the museum acts as an exhibition space to highlight all forms of persecution and discrimination.

The Van Gogh Museum is an art museum in Amsterdam, Netherlands, featuring the works of the Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh and his contemporaries. It has the largest collection of Van Gogh's paintings and drawings in the world.

Staying in hostels will immerse us in the country's culture and allow for a more affordable trip.

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

While walking around the cities we'll be visiting, we'll need to take a breather here and there and grab a cup of coffee!

We look forward to a traditional hearty German dinner, choosing from a menu with Das Spanferkel, Sauerkraut, Bockwurst, Bratwurst, das Brotchen with Pommes frites, or in English; suckling pig, sausages, pickled cabbage, fresh bread and fries.

We will be traveling between countries via Europe's excellent rail system, which is not only more affordable, but allows us to experience the views throughout Europe's beautiful countrysides.
