One honeymoon date we can't miss! A day tour of Ancient Rome! An exciting journey through history and its legends, stories and anecdotes. With our guide we will begin at the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, then take a leisurely stroll through the Roman Forum and the Imperial Fori to the Capitol Hill, ending up at the Pantheon, Hadrian's temple dedicated to all the pagan gods. What a great day!

With your wedding gift we'll enjoy an excursion to the bustling city of Naples, home to mouth-watering pizza, and then head off to Pompeii with well-preserved ancient ruins and Italian treasures. This will be an incredible experience!

With your wonderful gift we'll spend a night on the town, exploring the exciting night life of the lovely Greek Islands.

Many ancient culinary traditions and characteristics of Italy's distinct regional cuisines and traditional recipes are passed down from generation to generation. We will experience hands on instruction by our own professional Italian chef. It's true what they say, "Italians live to eat while the rest of the world eats to live."

Visiting south of Florence, we will stroll along the city's political heart flanked by the Palazzo Vecchio. Next, we will visit the town hall and the Uffizi Gallery, one of Italy's leading art galleries. We'll visit the church of the Santa Croce home to frescoes by Giotto and tombs of some of Florence's greatest men: Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo and Rossini and no visit would be complete without a tour of the Gallery of the Academy with the original masterpiece David by Michelangelo!

On a glass bottom boat we will see the multicolored coral, the incredible marine life and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world at our beautiful destination, without even getting wet!

A gondola ride is the quintessence of romantic Venice! We will enjoy a soothing journey along the canals and be captivated by the glamour and elegance of this true Italian honeymoon experience. We'll be taken to a spectacular water front Venetian restaurant to be wined and dined in style. Simply heaven!

Now, admittedly both Nick and I are a wee bit afraid of heights. But we are told that a view of the Greek Islands from a helicopter tour is a breathtaking view we won't want to  miss...we'll just have to go easy on our lunch that day!

With your thoughtful gift we'll pound the sea, grab some air, ride a wave, get a thrill and have a blast.

We will take a romantic honeymoon drive along the breath-taking Amalfi coast to the hilltop town of Ravello, with a lovely Romanesque cathedral and the famous gardens of the Villa Rufalo, then on to picture perfect Sorrento to dine outdoors with spectacular views of the Italian Riviera and of course shopping!

We'll revel in the excitement of maybe landing the big catch of the day, and book our boat now to enjoy first class service from the experienced crew on our great day of sport fishing. Then it's back to the hotel for the coldest beverage in town.

Soon, we will be floating on air and feeling the spray of the water as we experience an extreme ride on this windsurfing adventure, while viewing the land from outrageous heights, or maybe sea level!

What a romantic evening as the ship drifts out to sea for a night under a blanket of stars. We will make sure we reserve a table now to enjoy a spectacular dinner captivated by a picture perfect sunset.

We are so excited to go snorkeling on honeymoon, floating through the cool blue water as we swim eye to eye with exotic marine life. Paradise found!

Nick fooled me once into believing that being from California, he is an expert surfer...false! With your help, maybe we can both become experts at riding with the waves. 

With your wedding gift we will explore three of Venice's most fascinating islands, Murano, Burano, and Torcello by boat. This romantic honeymoon guided tour takes us to Murano's ancient glass-making factories, Burano's centuries-old lace-making houses and Torcello's Byzantine churches.

There's something about the feeling of gliding on water as we skim through the waves on the pristine crystal clear hopefully calm waters. We'll have a great time no matter how many times we get dunked!

Santorini was recently voted the best place to visit for a honeymoon. We are incredibly excited to get to the beautiful Greek Islands, and want to thank you for helping us stay at the loveliest place this place has to offer!

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

The catch of the day awaits us! As seafood lovers it will be hard to choose from the different types of seafood restaurants and the variety of fresh fish, all complemented by delectable side dishes, fresh vegetables, and an incredible selection of wines. A delicious treat!

We hear the fruits on the Greek Islands are simply delectable. Having our own fruit basket in our room will help keep our energy up!

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

We will have to choose from all the local Italian restaurants in town to reserve the perfect table in the most romantic setting. We will tantalize our taste buds with homemade pasta, Panini, fresh Seafood, select an Italian vino and enjoy the best dessert ever, ending with a cup of cappuccino. Now that's amore!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

Nick has had some great gelato in the United States, but he hasn't stopped craving the perfection of true Italian gelato.

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!

We will relax and get comfortable in our very own top quality rich and extremely soft robe. Embroidered with romantic memories!

As a future optometrist, you can't be too surprised that Ambreen thinks it's wise to guard our eyes. We'll need sunglasses that provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. We'll look cool and feel even cooler!

It's just a quick flight to the exciting new experiences awaiting us on our Greek Islands get away.

Chicago to Athens. Athens to Santorini. Santorini back to Athens. Athens to Rome. Phew! We sure have a lot of traveling to do, but we want to see it all, and traveling won't hold us back.
