One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Chichen Itza - meaning "At the mouth of the well of the Itza" - is one of the most famous Mayan ruins. We would love to travel back in time and see the magnificent ruins that have impacted the world.

When we registered for our honeymoon, we decided that this is one of the excursions that should be at the top of our list! We will journey back in time with a visit to the Mayan village of Tres Reyes where local villagers will guide us into their special world...

With your lovely wedding gift, we will glide on the ocean's surface while feeling the spray of the water as we experience windsurfing. We will enjoy this adventure and have the opportunity to view the beautiful coast from the water.

We are so excited to go snorkeling on our honeymoon, floating through the cool blue water as we swim eye to eye with exotic marine life. Paradise found!

We don’t want to miss the ultimate in world renowned cavern diving at Cenote Dos Ojos and the Bat Cave, an exploration of underwater caverns decorated unlike any others in the world. Not your normal Snorkeling trip!

One of the things were looking forward to the most is swimming with the dolphins. Hopefully, one of the dolphins will send a kiss our way....

This is a paradise that we have only seen in our dreams! We look forward to this once in a lifetime honeymoon trip being guided by a gentle current through the 2000 ft. spectacular underground river. We will explore archaeological monuments while learning about exotic flora and fauna at the botanical gardens and visit the aviary, the butterfly pavilion and the fascinating aquarium to feed tropical fish as we snorkel in a crystal clear sparkling lagoon abundant with marine life. Next, we’ll take a deserved siesta on a hammock under the shade of a palm tree. All of this is possible at Xcaret!

We will witness its temples perched on cliffs overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea and cool off by snorkeling among schools of tropical fish in Xel-Ha, the world's largest natural aquarium!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!

Plenty of time will be spent in the sun, so we won't let the rays ruin our perfect trip. Sunscreens and lotions will soothe and protect our skin.

This camera will allow us to capture even the most elusive marine life. This is the perfect gift for us - the warm water tropical travelers.
