We will have memories to cherish for years to come. We can view the majesty of Iceland's volcanoes from above as well as the majestic landscape.

We will spend a night cuddled under blankets with a completely glass ceiling in a remote area of Iceland -- at the Hotel Ranga -- in order to stay up all night and hopefully catch the Northern Lights. Included are hot chocolates to keep us awake!

We have found a seafood cooking class in Reykjavik and would love to learn the ropes -- especially as we live on an island ourselves!

The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal seawater lagoon in Iceland where the water temperature is 98-120 degrees F all year round. It is refreshing to visit in the winter -- as we plan to do. Your gift will allow us to visit the spa and relax in the warm warm waters.

We will be taking a day long tour of the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano area and the Glacial Lagoon -- which includes a coach ride, a tour guide, taking a dip in geothermal pools, and a lovely hike along the glacier ridge!

Winter is an excellent time to spot Minke whales and Orcas off of the coast of Reykjavic.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

Treat us to a healthy snack that will be waiting for us when we check in to the hotel.

Keep us in hot chocolate during our chilly Icelandic tours.

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.

We would love just one more night to celebrate and indulge in romance! At our favorite restaurant we’ll enjoy spectacular cuisine and sip on classical cocktails and concoctions while toasting to us and our ‘last’ night on our escape in paradise!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

We love sushi. And apparently, with all the fresh fish around Iceland -- it is very popular there!

An overnight tour where we'll be picked up from our hotel and driven to the part of Iceland where weather condition are best to see the Northern Lights!
