The Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas. From our observation point, we will feel the ground tremble and see the night sky explode with ash and lava in a natural display of fireworks. We will visit the hot springs of Arenal, where we will relax in the soothing waters and be caressed by the cool night air while observing the stars and the incredible night sky above the volcano. This is absolutely an evening we will not want to miss.

This canopy is at the foot of the mountain range where Arenal volcano is located. The view of the volcano from within this rain and very humid forest is spectacular. The tree top canopy has twelve platforms and ten zip lines. The platforms are at an elevation of 150 feet. The shortest cable is 195 ft. and the longest is 1200 ft. It makes the adventure more exciting and high adrenaline. And as you may know, we love anything adventurous!

Help us mount up, and ride 45 minutes through a pasture and wooded area that is host to monkeys, sloths, toucans, and other birds. Beautiful scenery and sore bums!

We plan to visit La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a natural park where we will walk through many spectacular trails which will take us to the White Magic Waterfall, the most spectacular one in the area. Inside the park we will also visit the largest butterfly observatory in the country that is known as the house of collections of tropical jewels and the impressive hummingbird gallery, the serpentarium, the old house, the bird house & the frog exhibit.

Not every day of our honeymoon is set in stone. We plan to partake in some spontaneous activities. Your contribution could allow us to go kayaking, participate in watersports, and visit some of Costa Rica's scenary.

A completely new challenge: White Water Rafting at the Sarapiqui River. In this Tour we will enjoy breath-taking views of tropical birds and lush jungle landscapes. The river will allow us to not only enjoy the rapids but also revisit that childhood freedom to play.

The Hanging Bridges is one of the greatest eco tourist projects of Costa Rica, with the exuberant cloud forest where we will find a great biological diversity with an incomparable scenic splendor. We will be able to appreciate the natural beauties of the majestic environment, thanks to the imposing and huge hanging bridges with the beautiful trails.

With your wedding gift we can plan ahead and upgrade to a romantic honeymoon suite. Our suite will be just steps from the beach nestled amongst the magnificent lush, fragrant tropical gardens and framed with breathtaking ocean views. We will be pampered in style and comfort, leaving us with "suite" memories!
