Once we're through with the day's touring and picture taking, we'll surely need a pint or two! We plan to go to the World's End, the Royal Oak, and Edinburgh's famous Three Sisters. We'll raise a glass to you when we get there!

A Scotsman on a horse!  For you Monty Python fans, we aim to find one as we tour Arthur's Seat on Horseback.

We'll think about you during Edinburgh's famous "City of the Dead" tour. We'll tour the darker side of Edinburgh from the haunted graveyards to the underground village.

On a glass bottom boat, we will see the basking sharks and other incredible marine life off of the coast of the beautiful Isle of Skye.  For those of you who remember this, it won't be anything like the Jaws tour at Universal Studios when Sean was 5!

Seeing the best of the city sights! We will be able to just hop-on,and hop-off the topless double decker buses that tour the city on our own schedule.

We will enjoy several nights in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh and 2 more in the Uig hotel in Skye.  Every morning, we'll wake up to beautiful Edinburgh outside our window! 

We will spend the night in a real Scottish medieval castle. Surrounded by original pieces of furniture, family portraits, magnificent hallways, unique stairwells, and all the modern comforts of a luxury hotel. If we are really lucky, a friendly ghost!

A tour of Scotland's historical castle complete with a trip to Lady Stair's Writing Museum! We're hoping to get special treatment at the Writing Museum seeing as we'll be bringing the newest of the Lady Stairs!

There are few better lunch spots than Freddie's Chip Shop.  Freddie is a highlander and is therefore nearly unintelligible, but my, can the man cook!  We'll thank him for you.  We think he says "you're welcome" but who can tell, really? 

This isn't your standard New Orleans seafood.  The shrimp are the size of candy bars and the scallops are to die for!  

Half of the food in Scotland is fried.  This should help us at least start the day healthily.

Haggis is traditionally served with the Burns supper on January 25th, when Scotlands national poet, Robert Burns, is commemorated. He wrote the poem Address to a Haggis, which starts "Fair fa' your honest, sonsie face, Great chieftain o' the puddin-race! Aboon them a' ye tak your place...." In other words if your in Scotland you have to try it!

We will have to choose from all the local Italian restaurants in town to reserve the perfect table in the most romantic setting. We will tantalize our taste buds with homemade pasta, Panini, fresh Seafood, select an Italian vino and enjoy the best dessert ever, ending with a cup of cappuccino. 

One of Edinburgh's highest rated Indian restaurants. I know seems strange but it is simply not Scotland without a little curry!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.
