With only a day and a half in London, we want to take this tour and see the city from above.... this is probably the only city where we would do this.... oh yes, and Tijuana too ;-)

If you go online and try to find out how long would it take you to see al the art pieces at the Louvre Museum in Paris, you get answers like these: 25 days if you spend 60 seconds in each piece, or 100 days for 30 seconds, or 6 days for 30 seconds, or 90 days with 4 seconds in each piece... There is definitely some confusion in this matter. So, in order to settle it, here is (our) version: there are 35,000 pieces of art in the museum, if you divide them by 10 seconds on each piece the result is 4.05 days. Now you know. However, it's unlikely that we'll spend more than 5 hours running from one room to the next!

Another gift for the adventurous! Aileen & Alain's riding skills are not particularly "Tour de France".. so we decided to do this in Italy.

We're arriving in Barcelona on April 21st, the last destination of the trip. We'll have two nights here, and one of them we're going out "de marcha".... Same language and they love tequila.. what can be better?

No, we're not asking you for a fancy sailboat tour. But as we'll be staying a couple of days in Amalfi, I'm sure we can rent a hobie cat or something similar. Based on Alain's sailing skills this promises to be the most dangerous gift of all ! ... this is only for adventurers that will not feel guilty if we come back with a broken rib !!

After much negotiation, Aileen was able to pull some kind of maneuver on me to change itineraries and make a huge turn south to her dream place, the Amalfi Coast. I think the whether will not permit skinny dipping in the Mediterranean Sea but we believe it will be equally breathtaking. Thank you for being part of this dream!

Our first Honeymoon night sponsored by you! We suspect you might have heard, but anyhow we feel we need to tell you that..... we've been living together for quite a while now.

Last stop before heading back: Barcelona. We are not quite sure if we'll make it this far, but if we do we'll probably just need to relax for a couple of days.. Thank you for helping us do that!

Hey! It's 23 days or running around !! We can afford a couple of days of not eating out 3 times a day, can't we? We haven't decided where this will be, but one thing is for sure: it will be somewhere where are view from the room is breathtaking.... the Amalfi coast maybe?

We wanted to sail our way through the mediterranean from Amalfi to Barcelona... but sometimes you just have to play it the old fashion way.
