We'll order something quite tasty and some mandatory COFFEE, freshly squeezed orange juice which all seem to taste better served to us in bed before we head out for our next adventure!

Hoping for beautiful scenic views on the 45 min drive to and from Keflavik Airport with a "driver speaking the local language". Rumour has it that the locals are so used to visitors butchering their language that even if you speak to them in Icelandic, they will respond in English. Worth a shot though while traveling by 'bill' (car).

("The charismatic puffin birds live on the North-Atlantic ocean during the winter and do not arrive to the puffin colonies until the beginning of the breeding season"). Sadly (or not), we're told that they are a quite tasty and popular local cuisine. Hmmm charismatic and tasty...

This wild adventure is more that we ever expected to find and then some... Exploring the hidden world of the lava field under the Þingvellir national park and the lava tube in the Gjábakkahellir cave. And what tops snorkeling at a crack in the world? The Silfra fissure is one of Iceland’s best-kept secrets, an otherworldly scene that is world famous for its heavenly shades of blue.
