Santa Catalina Island’s charm and history are mirrored by the Catalina Island Golf Course, the oldest operating golf course west of the Rocky Mountains! Originally built by the Banning Brothers in 1892, this scenic, 2,100-yard course has nine challenging holes, two sets of tees for 18-hole play, and is the former home of the Bobby Jones Invitational Tournament.

We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar or at our favorite saloon. Cheers! Did we mention we met at at a Happy Hour?

We would love to stay at one of the top ten resorts in the World. The Hotel Del Coronado. Rising from the water's edge on the quaint island of Coronado offering contemporary luxury in an enchanting Victorian atmosphere. The Del was the backdrop for the comedy classic "Some like it hot" starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemon. The resort in its 150 years of rich history has also seen a steady stream of celebrity visitors from Charlie Chaplin and Humphrey Bogart to Brad Pitt and Madonna. And know us!

While Kim enjoys his morning paper, what could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast delivered momentarily? We'll order eggs benedict, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which I'm sure will taste better on our honeymoon!

We'll have some real Mexican food at Fred's Mexican Cafe. We've heard they even have 50 brands of Tequilla. We might just sample one or two!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.
