What an experience taking in breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and its famous beaches as we hover more than 500 ft in the air. Flying past the bridge and Opera House for a truly spectacular sight! What an experience!

This is a behind-the-scenes tour of the Taronga Zoo's unique Australian animal collection, designed for the inquisitive travelers and animal lovers. We'll see kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, birds, and echidnas. Plus, get a bird's-eye view of Sydney's most picturesque zoo from onboard the Sky Safari gondola!

We'll experience the Blue Mountains, cross the Anzac Bridge en route to Featherdale Wildlife Park, hold a koala bear, feed kangaroos, see crocodiles, go on Govett's Leap for a short bush walk, ride on a cable car and see the Three Sisters rock formation before visiting the Sydney Olympics site while cruising back to Sydney.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

At our favorite Steak House, we'll reserve a table so we can tantalize our tastebuds! We'll choose from an array of prime aged steaks, chops, bone-In New York, filet mignon, double pork chops and racks of lamb. All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.

We will enjoy tasting some of the best wine in the Hunter Valley region, after morning tea, and a visit to the historic town of Wollombi.

We simply must take home an aboriginal "didgeridoo." This is the oldest wind instrument in the world. Trying to play all its unusual sounds will keep us and you entertained for a very long time when we get home!
