The Le Boucan restaurant offers a truly unique and gourmet lunch before taking a dip in the therapeutic mud baths. Cap off the day with a swimming and snorkeling stop at the base of the Pitons before enjoying the sunset views on the return journey.

The majestic peak of Gros Piton, along with its twin peak Petit Piton, dominates the western coast of St Lucia. We will head up the misty mountainside with a guide through the jungle and view St. Lucia from the top. Afterwards we'll stop for a local lunch and go for a refreshing swim in the Caribbean Sea.

We'll revel in the excitement of maybe landing the big catch of the day, and book our boat now to enjoy first class service from the experienced crew on our great day of sport fishing. Then it's back to the resort for the coldest beverage in town.
