We'll raise a toast to New Zealand's internationally acclaimed winemakers when we travel the unspoiled beauty of the Auckland Wine Trail. Breathtaking scenery, expansive vineyards and three of the country's premium wineries offer tours and tastings of the world-renowned, locally produced New Zealand Rieslings, Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Noirs.

After a 2-day flight to New Zealand we will be blearly-eyed and frazzled! Help us to kick off our cruise the right way with a relaxing couple's massage.

If you want us to bring you home a pet kangaroo, this is your chance! We will enjoy face-to-face encounters with one of the country's largest private collections of native Australian animals in a natural bush setting, Who knows? Maybe a little Joey will hop home in our luggage...

We will journey on a half-day tour that explores the magnificent kauri trees of the Puketi Forest and the limestone caverns at the Kawiti Glow-worm Caves. The caves boast delicate stalactite and stalagmite formations along with a spectacular glowworm grotto. We'll also witness some of the oldest and unique buildings in New Zealand plus a town with a railway running down the middle of its main street.

We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar or at our favorite saloon. Cheers!

Get us off the beaten path on a relaxing float trip down the scenic Mohaka River through unspoiled canyons, sparkling gorges and native forest, possibly with occasional small rapids, in some of New Zealand's most beautiful wilderness. 

Our last stop is Fiordland National Park. Fiordland National Park has spectacular ice-carved fiords, lakes and valleys, rugged granite tops and pristine mountain to sea vistas. The marine reserves include a huge variety of habitats and species like sponges, lampshells, and a wide range of fish. They also contain some of the world's biggest populations of black coral trees that can be over 300 years old and are home to brittlestars that can only live entwined in the branches of these underwater trees.

Historic Speight's Brewery is a Dunedin icon. We will tour the brewery, founded in 1876, and enjoy a tasting that features six Speight's beers. Allow us to hoist a few pints during a Dunedin pub hop that visits three traditional public houses and includes a classic pub lunch. Cheers!

Confession: This is the REAL reason we are honeymooning in New Zealand! Make Luigi's dearest wish come true! This fascinating tour to the Hobbiton movie set near Matamata where we travel to JRR Tolkien's Middle Earth. Here we will enjoy the visual experience and story telling of the guides. After our visit into Middle-Earth, we will relax with a cup of tea, second breakfast, and elevensies.

After a 2-day flight from NYC to Sydney we will be crashing in style at the Four Seasons before embarking on our cruise the next morning. Send us off to sleep in the ultimate luxury!

What better way to enhance our fine dining experience than with our chosen bottle of exceptional wine.Cheers!

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

Wonder who will feed who grapes in bed? We'll order a nice basket of fruit that should keep our energy high.

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

What's the point of a cruise if we don't eat all we can? Help us gorge ourselves and eat a cow or two at the Sterling Steak House. Our tummies thank you!

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!
