On this kayak expedition, we'll explore the marine ecology surrounding Little Water Cay in the Princess Alexandra Nature Reserve. While paddling beside the extraordinary red and black mangroves, unique flora and fauna compete to be seen -- from sea turtles and Lemon Sharks under the sparkling surface, to the national bird of Turks & Caicos, the Brown Pelican, soaring high above. Back on land, a visit to the Rock Iguana Sanctuary will give us a once-in-a- lifetime opportunity to see this endangered species in their natural habitat.

Provo Ponies is a small horseback riding stable located on the southeast end of the island of Providenciales. We will ride horses and ponies along quiet dirt roads and trails to Long Bay Beach, a 4 mile long secluded beach.

We'll explore amazing coral reefs and enjoy the open water. Includes amenities such as snorkel gear, soda, beer, rum punch, rum cocktails, fruit punch, orange, pineapple juice, water, chips and a fresh made conch salad.

A perfect end to a perfect day, as the catamaran sails into the spectacular Caribbean sunset. The DJ creates an island rhythm soundtrack, while the staff serves gourmet hors d’oeuvres and mixes cocktails. As the sun sinks below the horizon, we may even see the elusive Green Flash that blinks just after sunset!

An extensive wine list finely accompanies the land and sea selections from the freshest Caicos Conch Ceviche, to famous prime steaks dishes. We plan to grab the best seats in the house to watch a sunset at the end of the bar closest to the water at this chic and sleek, swanky spot. We shouldn’t have trouble finding a good seat here though, because it's regarded as the longest bar in the Caribbean. The black marble construction stretches 90 feet across the beach and true to its name, Infiniti, seems to extend indefinitely into the ocean.
