We will get to witness the timeless beauty of the volcano in the light of dawn while learning about the legends and culture of this beautiful island.

With your lovely wedding gift we will experience a thrilling adventure on our Hawaiian honeymoon! We will explore the jungle from a bird's eye view as we soar over treetops, canyons and lush valleys on a zipline. This exciting activity will leave us with unforgettable memories of our honeymoon.

This 4-hour adventure will take us through 23 miles of diverse off-road trails. Our journey begins near the old Koloa Sugar Mill, through a half mile cane haul tunnel and continues to the interior of the island. Brief stops along the way will highlight famous movie sites, panoramic views and snapshots of Kauai's rich history. We will relax at a pool at the base of a cascading waterfall.

We will sightsee the Napali and experience a Kauai sunset on the water on board Holoholo’s 65' power catamaran. The late afternoon and early evening sun frequently cast a dramatic light upon the majestic cliffs and pinnacles of the Na Pali. A romantic and exciting way to experience the beauty of the island.

Helicopter adventure along Kauai's northern coastline Kayak the wild Na Pali Coast along the breathtaking 2,000 foot sea cliffs. The beauty that unfolds before you on a helicopter tour over Kauai is breathtaking and awe-inspiring. 90% of Kauai's amazing waterfalls cannot be seen any other way as there is no roads in their remote locations.

Circa 1870 a series of ditches, tunnels, and flumes was hand-dug by Chinese laborers to deliver water from the rainforest to thirsty sugar cane fields near Lihue. This tour goes in and out of many tunnels, one of which is almost a mile long! We'll glide along in our tubes through the island interior and experience this engineering feat in a fun and relaxing way.

Sporting Clays is a very popular sport where 12 and 20 gauge shot guns are used to shoot flying clay targets or "clay pigeons" with Kauai's picturesque mountains in the background. This is a fun activity that the groom will really enjoy!

We will enjoy a relaxing day seeing the wonderful sights of the many botanical gardens on Kauai! While exploring the gardens, we will come across fragrant tropical flowers and lush plants and learning about the impact they have on the precious ecosystems.

One of the activities the bride and groom are most looking forward to, as they bike together at home. With your gift we can rent 2 Specialized bikes (the same professional bike brand the groom rides at home) and a bike car rack for our rental car. We might find ourselves in the Makawao forest trails speeding over the adrenaline producing dirt jumps. In contrast ywe might go for a road bike trip up to the Haleakala crater for world class downhill bike riding. We are excited to take in the beauty of Maui while participating in the activity we love so much!

Timeless desserts all home cooks should have in their apron's back pocket. In this hands-on class, we will master the techniques for a beautifully caramelized crème brûlée, a perfectly risen Grand Marnier soufflé, a carmelized apple tart and the bride's favorite a oozing molten chocolate cake.

Our chef instructor will first show us how to create the perfect pasta dough by hand, which can be the base for endless variations and shapes. Then we will create flavorful, complementary sauces to pair with our handcrafted noodles. After our lesson we get to enjoy the benefits of our hard work with a taste of every dish.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

The "Wong Way," as it's not-so-jokingly called by his staff, includes an ingrained understanding of the aloha spirit, evident in the skilled but unstarched service, and creative and playful interpretations of Island cuisine. There's a reason the president dines here whenever he's in town.

La Mer is the prettiest dining room on Oahu, with carved wooden screens setting an elegant art deco-ish tone. We will enjoy haute-cuisine french food at this gorgeous special occasion restaurant.

“Maui’s Best Restaurant” as rated by the staff of Honolulu Magazine. “The chef’s goal is to use fresh products and local ingredients." We can't wait to try their try signature, award-winning pineapple upside-down cake.

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

Orchids is Halekulani's casually elegant oceanfront restaurant, serving breakfast amid an abundance of brightly-colored tropical orchids. We will enjoy Sunday brunch buffet in this open air restaurant with views of Diamond Head.

We will experience Maui's most romantic sunset dinner by Wailea Beach, under the stars, with a customized 7 course menu created just for us in a private candlelit cabana. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

We have to check out Paia, a hip surfer town located east of Kahului on Hwy 36 (Hana Hwy). Here, we will shop at an array of small local boutiques with crafts, contemporary surfer-styles and old-fashioned vintage collectibles and honeymoon souvenirs!

What a great wedding gift! We'll travel in style with the top down on our convertible, enjoying the warm island breezes blowing gently on our faces and taking in the beauty of the island. Instead of taking tour vans we will travel within the comfort of our own car.

It's just a quick flight to the exciting new experiences awaiting us on our island getaway.
