One honeymoon date we can't miss! A day tour of Ancient Rome! An exciting journey through history and its legends, stories and anecdotes. With our guide we will begin at the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, then take a leisurely stroll through the Roman Forum and the Imperial Fori to the Capitol Hill, ending up at the Pantheon, Hadrian's temple dedicated to all the pagan gods. What a great day!

After a romantic honeymoon dinner, we'll experience Rome by night! We will stroll to the unforgettable Trevi Fountain, then on to the Roman Pantheon built in 27 BC to sample the most praised ice cream in Italy. Next, we will have a nightcap at the Piazza Navona, considered the most beautiful square in Rome with its 3 Bernini fountains. We can't wait!

Our romantic honeymoon destination, Venice, is the place for romantic rendezvous since 1720! We’ll enjoy a breezy nightcap in the shadows of San Marco and listen to the dueling café orchestras set the mood to the peaceful Venetian vibe!

We will discover the heart of Rome as we gently cruise along the River Tiber, absorbing the historical and architectural richness of our romantic honeymoon Destination. That's Amore!

Visiting south of Florence, we will stroll along the city's political heart flanked by the Palazzo Vecchio. Next, we will visit the town hall and the Uffizi Gallery, one of Italy's leading art galleries. We'll visit the church of the Santa Croce home to frescoes by Giotto and tombs of some of Florence's greatest men: Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo and Rossini and no visit would be complete without a tour of the Gallery of the Academy with the original masterpiece David by Michelangelo!

On our romantic Italian honeymoon, we'll embrace Venice's rich history on this guided walk around St. Mark's Square! Afterwards we will tour some of the city's most famous historical landmarks including the gold-dotted St. Mark's Basilica, the Gothic Ducale Palace and the breathtaking Bridge of Sighs.

We will tour through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside towards the historic university city of Pisa. Together, we'll take the panoramic drive along the Arno embankments, visit the Piazza dei Miracoli famous for the celebrated Leaning Tower, and unequalled masterpieces of Romanesque art carried out between the 11th and 12th centuries. This will be a great honeymoon day!

We will leave the city chaos behind and escape to the island of Murano, world-famous for its glass creations. Observe a craftsman in action during the glassblowing process. Find out how it all works—what gives the glass its color? How does sand become glass? Which is the most difficult part of the job? We will then hop on the boat for our next stop at the island of Burano, and discover its centuries-old tradition of lace-making. We will travel through the streets as women sit nearby, working feverishly, stitching lace like their ancestors before them. We might even bring back some keepsakes!

With your wedding gift we'll enjoy the bustling city of Naples, home to mouth-watering pizza, and then head off to Pompeii, filled with well-preserved ancient ruins and Italian treasures. A great honeymoon experience!

Together, we'll discover a collection of avant-garde art which maintains the city's rich legacy of intellectual and artistic freedom. We'll spend the morning with Kandinsky, Chagall, Pollack and Picasso, enhanced by a light lunch at The Museum Cafe overlooking the beautiful sculpture garden!

The Roma Pass will allow us to see some of the famous archaeological sites and museums of Rome, as well as use the public transit system for the duration of our stay. (This will also allow us to occasionally skip the lines. )

We'll relax on a romantic gondola ride along the Grand Canal, Venice's largest waterway. We will be serenaded by live music as we wind through secret canals and enjoy the ornate Venetian architecture. This will be very romantic!

We'll have a drink or two on you of fine Italian vino and birra. Salut!

With your wedding gift we will explore three of Venice's most fascinating islands, Murano, Burano, and Torcello by boat. This romantic honeymoon guided tour takes us to Murano's ancient glass-making factories, Burano's centuries-old lace-making houses and Torcello's Byzantine churches.

On our walking tour we'll visit St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican is one of the most interesting and breathtakingly beautiful sites in the world, with some very interesting stories, and our personal guide has all the scoop!

We will spend an evening in a charming enoteca and discover the world of Venetian wine. Walls lined with bottles will make our mouth water and our taste buds tingle! An expert sommelier will introduce us to regional varieties and explain the art of examining, smelling, and appreciating wines. To enhance the flavour of the selected wines, home-baked bread, local prosciutto, salami, and cheeses will be served. A perfect evening for us happy honeymooners!

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

With so many authentic gelato shops in town, we'll try every flavor from pistachio to melon to cioccolato. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!
