We look forward to some lunch stops on the way to keep us going through some days of touring the Norweign countryside and cities!

While we don't drink coffee every day, a chance to get some delicious cups of European coffee is something we are really looking forward to! We also can't wait to try the Smørbrød (open faced sandwiches with smoked salmon, meat, or jelly) that are often served for breakfast!

It is always fun to have an excuse to splurge on a really fancy dinner. We hope to find a couple of really unique places that will give us a true taste of Norway, as well as a wonderful evening together.

A little allowance for souvenirs will help us come back with a few special things to remind us of our trip for years to come.

As some of you know, Steven and Katherine love to be able to explore a new place. With this gift you can help us rent a car so that we can travel Norway with ease.

Once we get to Norway we will still have some traveling to do. We are planning not only to fly into a couple major cities after reaching Oslo, but also to take a flight to the small northern island of Svalbard. It is said to be an amazing destination above the arctic circle where we can enjoy 24 hours of sunlight right after our summer solstice wedding.

When in Svalbard we are planning to take a guided hike tour. (You can't hike alone due to the danger of Polar Bears!) This gift will go towards a hike in Svalbard!
