One of Cancun's first restaurants boasts a quiet garden setting with soft music playing in the background. We will choose from a selection of Mexican specialties such as enchiladas suizas or tampiquena-style (thinly sliced, marinated, and grilled). For something divine, we may try Cocobichuela (lobster and shrimp in curry sauce served in a coconut shell and topped with fruit).
