We will visit the floating market where we will see canoes laden with fresh fruit, vegetables and other foodstuff ready to be sold to shoppers on the canal banks. There is lots of activity and bargaining is part of the fun of the sale.

Patera Elephant Farm gives you a hands on experience of what it would be like to be an elephant owner for a day. We will learn the correct way to approach an elephant, how to feed and check their health, bath and brush the elephant in the river, and how to communicate with them. Then we will go on a ride to forests, local temples, or waterfalls.

This is an exciting tour that gets off to a speedy start with a boat ride through the canals that lead out of Bangkok. Once we are out of the city, we will board a rice barge for a cruise around the Chao Phraya River. While on the boat, we will see the Temple of Dawn, the Grand Palace, and the Royal Barge Museum.

With this gift, we will learn the art of Thai cooking from the people who know the cuisine best! We will take in the tropical style garden to see the native flora including herbs that can be picked fresh for our recipes. We will prepare several dishes and eat them for lunch! We will take this knowledge to our own kitchen long after we return from our trip.

At this park, we will go inside the cage with these tigers and interact with them one on one. They also provide a professional photographer who will capture this once in a lifetime experience on film!

This eco-adventure tour takes us off the beaten path to see the best of Chiang Mai's rural landscape. Once we learn to ride the bikes we will start our adventure, travelling along bumpy off-road trails, narrow rugged paths and through lush jungle.

On this cruise, we will see all of the highlights that Halong Bay has to offer. During the day we can explore caves, floating villages, and pristine beaches. We can also take advantage of spa services, cooking classes, and Tai Chi lessons. This will be our last few days before flying home so it will be a nice way to unwind from all of our other activities.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

We'll need a spa day just to ourselves! We will sit back, relax and indulge in a rejuvenating and revitalizing spa treatment or massage to help soothe our tense muscles and to help us get back in the groove.
