We will learn the secrets behind authentic Balinese and Thai cuisine with a cooking class! We will visit the local market with our guide who will explain the traditional ingredients, the cooking methods and the role that food plays in daily rituals. Next, Balinese and Thai chefs will take us through the process of creating their favorite dishes, with a number of hot plates set up in the open kitchen so we can take an interactive part in the cooking, and enjoy the results!

"Devdan - Treasure of the Archipelago" is a spectacular modern & contemporary acrobatic and dance performance inspired by the culture of Indonesia. The 90-minute show will take you on a wondrous journey, starting in Bali and going on to Sumatra, Java, Borneo and Papua. What makes the Kecak special beyond the traditional fire dancing is that the accompanying music is provided by the human voice, the gamelan suara, a choir of a hundred men or more sitting in concentric circles, swaying, standing up, lying prone as the story develops. Amongst the swaying masses the voices of the storytellers can be heard telling the unfolding tale.
