On our honeymoon, we’ll witness the most beautiful and famous attractions of Tokyo! At the Tokyo Tower we’ll admire a bird’s eye view of the city and its breathtaking surroundings. After enjoying a tea ceremony adorned with Bonsai trees we’ll indulge in a traditional barbeque lunch at Chinzanso Restaurant. Next, we’ll take a joy ride passing by the Japanese Capitol and make a short stop to do some shopping in front of the Imperial Palace. We’ll board our boat to enjoy a short cruise to Asakusa where we’ll admire the centuries old temples and do more shopping at Nakimise Shopping Street!

Hiroshima, we would like to tour the Peace Memorial Museum and the Peace Memorial Park, which are both sobering testaments to the dropping of the A-bomb on August 6, 1945.

In Nara us honeymooners will be visiting the Todaiji Temple, Deer Park, Kasuga Shrine then its back to our hotel to relax!

While at the temple we have a great chance to take meditation lessons from the monks! A very relaxing gift!

We cant wait to visit Miyajima Island, a sacred island with breathtaking scenic views, the famous Itsukushima Shrine with its large wooden torii standing in the ocean during high tide. The beauty, the charm and the natural romantic atmosphere will help us set the perfect mood for our honeymoon!

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.

What is a trip to Japan without some keepsakes of the trip? With this gift we will have mementos that we will cherish forever!

With your thoughtful wedding gift we will be taking full advantage of our rail pass with unlimited travel by train throughout Japan, soaking in the beautiful scenery and the grand luxury of our first class pass! A great way to get around and sightsee on our honeymoon! Thank you!

We will be walking, taking the bus and taxi when we sight see. Because of this the hotels in Japan offer Luggage fowarding from hotel to hotel so all we have to carry during the day is a backpack!

We will be exploring the country by public transportation only. When not taking the bullet train from city to city, we will be using taxi cabs to get around town.

Its a long flight. The longest stretch will be around 11 hours. This gift will (hopefully) get us some extra leg room and some rest while we fly.
