Nestled in a 35-acre (14-ha) manicured pasture, Gaylord's Restaurant Kilohana sits at the end of a winding driveway. When we enter we will see the paintings of Ethel and Gaylord Parke Wilcox that line the walls. The luau celebrates the triumphs and struggles of the Hawaiian people - culminating in word, music and the hypnotic light trails of a fire dance.
