Standing since at least the 12th century, Reichsburg Cochem is a restored wonder that overlooks the largest town in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. We'll take a chairlift up to the castle and feel just like King Louis XIV in the Nine Years' War (minus the chairlift).

We love a good Belgian brew, so a trip to Benelux wouldn't be complete without touring a few of the Trappist monasteries. We'll see the brewing process in action and of course taste its many fine products. By funding this important research, you will help make palates all the more discerning for when we eventually sample these ales' German counterparts.

Among Amsterdam's many tourist attractions are its historic canals, which date back to the 17th century. We'll take the tour early in our trip to learn all about the city.

Of all the things Germany is famous for, from castles, to high quality cars, and of course sausages. The most outstanding product by far is beer. We'll enjoy a pint or two on you. Cheers!

While exploring Amsterdam, we'll stop by Prinsengracht building, where visitors can explore the Opekta warehouse, offices, and the Achterhuis where Anne and her family hid during the war.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

We'll enjoy an evening by the sparkling Spui, located in the heart of Amsterdam, filled with vibrant entertainment, great restaurants, and a romantic atmosphere.

After we've recovered from our initial jetlag, we'll celebrate reaching Iceland's capital with the first of many dinners as a married couple. Diana will try to avoid the black pudding, and Alex will be excited about the pickled herring.

What better way to enhance our fine dining experience than with our chosen bottles of exceptional wine. Cheers!

We look forward to a traditional hearty German dinner, choosing from a menu with Das Spanferkel, Sauerkraut, Bockwurst, Bratwurst, das Brotchen with Pommes frites, or in English; suckling pig, sausages, pickled cabbage, fresh bread and fries.

Out with the old luggage and in with the new! With your lovely honeymoon gift, we will buy some new luggage that is perfect for our vacation. We will arrive in style!

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once-in-a-lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!

Once we hit the continent, we'll take the train from Amsterdam to Brussels and then on to Stuttgart over the second and third weeks of our trip. These passes will help us get to those cities and see all the sights in between.

In order to get on the road in Iceland, we'll need to rent ourselves a set of wheels for five days' worth of adventure.

Help us spend five days road-tripping around beautiful Iceland on our quest for Midnight Sun. We'll also see glaciers, beaches, and the local life of Akureyri. This contribution will go toward snacks for the road and expensive European gas!

We'll need a spa day just to ourselves! We will sit back, relax and indulge in a rejuvenating and revitalizing spa treatment or massage to help soothe our tense muscles and to help us get back in the groove.

We heard there are some pretty cool cafes in this town. We'll probably find a nice spot and grab some coffee, or whatever.

We will be comfortable and relaxed while traveling to our destination, with travel accessories that guarantee we'll be comfortable upon arrival.
