With its electric blue and gold chairs and constant buzz, the American Bar retains the style of the golden age of cocktails in the 1920s. All cocktails, both classic and American, are made with the finest spirits, an imaginative twist and a passion for perfection. To complete the intimate yet vibrant ambience, the bar features a live pianist seven days a week, playing classic American Jazz.

The Beaufort Bar, with its dark luxury, gold leaf and champagne, has inspired an indulgent new afternoon tea. Available on Sundays, the Art Decadent Tea has all the ingredients for a lazy afternoon; chilled champagne, ‘Tipsy Tea’ cocktails, delicate tea sandwiches, warm scones slathered with cream and jam and a tempting array of gorgeously wicked tea pastries.
