Recognized as one of the most populated fishing grounds in the Caribbean, we'll find ourselves wrangling for blue marlin, wahoo, mahi mahi, tuna, and sailfish, just to name a few. Towering nearly 3,000 feet above sea level, the majestic peak of Gros Piton, along with its twin peak Petit Piton, dominates the western coast of St Lucia. The lush green slopes of these pyramid shaped icons rise from the sapphire blue waters of the Caribbean, filling us with wanderlust. The view itself is a classic—the Pitons of Saint Lucia, soaring straight up from the sea's edge. A visit to the Pitons is decidedly one of things we must do in our lifetime. Snaking up the misty, jungle-covered, boulder-strewn mountainside for the huge views from the top is an experience well worth the hike. Afterwards, we will head to a rest stop for a sumptuous lunch of local delicacies and a refreshing swim in the majestic Caribbean Sea.

We'll experience the thrill of scuba with the ease of snorkeling on an Island Routes snuba adventure. Now we will relax and enjoy the fun of breathing underwater without the heavy equipment. We'll swim as deep as 20 feet in the seas "life-zone" for an up-close look at the diverse and colorful sea life in Saint Lucia's crystal clear waters.

We'll soon arrive in Soufriere - the old capital of Saint Lucia - where we will visit the world famous Sulphur Springs. A stop at the picturesque Marigot Bay on our way back is the perfect spot for a photo op. It's an adventure we won't want to miss.

This is an adventure seekers delight. We'll enjoy a thrilling mountain bike ride through the rainforest to Errard Waterfall where we can take a dip in its refreshing waters. Then we will cycle through the forest where we'll learn about local crops grown on the island. We'll end our tour with a relaxing drive through the quaint fishing village of Dennery.
