There's a local pub with a karaoke machine. Don't ask us to sing too loudly, but we may take a spin on the dance floor.

On a glass bottom kayak we will see the multicolored coral, the incredible marine life and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world at our beautiful destination, without even getting wet!

We cant wait to visit Miyajima Island, a sacred island with breathtaking scenic views, the famous Itsukushima Shrine with its large wooden torii standing in the ocean during high tide. The beauty, the charm and the natural romantic atmosphere will help us set the perfect mood for our honeymoon!

Our first connection to Japan and to each other. We've taken tea lessons in San Francisco. Let us put them to practice in Japan.

We love visiting Japanese temples and shrines. We'll wash our hands, throw coins in the box, clap our hands three times and ring the bell. What would you like us to wish / pray for?

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!

Eric's all-time favorite gift from Japan has been his cooking knives. We would love to add one or two to our collection on this memorable honeymoon trip.
