We will watch the sunset from one of the most famous spots in the world, Rick\'s Cafe. Voted one of the ten best bars in the world by Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine, this is the ultimate Jamaica experience in the heart of the West End, Negril.

After being given some interesting facts about dolphins, we will have an amazing encounter as we enter the world of these gentle marine mammals. They will give us a kiss and allow us to caress them while standing in knee deep water. We will also enjoy snorkeling and interacting with stingrays (barbs removed), glass bottom kayaking, and captaining our own Mini Boat in the Caribbean Sea. We can take a stroll and interact with exotic birds, snakes and other animals on the Jungle Trail. We will watch the spectacular Shark Show and learn about the marine world. We will try Jamaica's World's Famous Blue Mountain Coffee at our own Star Buccaneer's Coffee Shop.

The evening is when the reefs come alive, corals open up like flower gardens with shrimp scampering about them like honeybees. The night comes alive as the nocturnal marine life wakes up to pick up where the day shift reef inhabitants left off. Anybody who has gone out at night will tell you that it is a whole different world beneath the waves at night.

We will relax and enjoy the soft reggae music playing and choose from a delectable array of tropical fruits, baked goodies and hot favorites.
