Imagine exploring the incredibly gorgeous island of St. Lucia on horseback! We'll amble through a tropical rainforest atop a sleek, gentle mare or serene stallion. We'll ride along a cliff and feast our eyes on panoramic vistas of the St. Lucia coastline with the aquamarine ocean sparkling in the island sunshine. Then, we'll prepare ourselves for a totally unique experience, as we mount across the white sand of a pristine beach and enter the warm waters of the Caribbean. We'll trot through the crystal seas together and enjoy the ride of our life!

We'll experience the thrill of scuba with the ease of snorkeling on an Island Routes snuba adventure. Now we will relax and enjoy the fun of breathing underwater without the heavy equipment. We'll swim as deep as 20 feet in the seas "life-zone" for an up-close look at the diverse and colorful sea life in Saint Lucia's crystal clear waters.

Our guided historical tour begins on land through banana plantations, Marigot Bay and the fishing village of Anse La Raye. On arrival to Soufriere, we will take in the spectacular view of the majestic Pitons. Next, a stop at the Sulphur Springs will take us through the lush Botanical Gardens and on to the picturesque Diamond Waterfall. We will indulge in a scrumptious local lunch and then it will be time for us to head out to sea on a catamaran for snorkeling and a stop at Marigot Bay - where the films Dr. Doolittle and Superman II were filmed - for a one-of-a-kind photo op.

The Soufriere Jeep Discovery & Waterfall Revelation will take us on a scenic journey through Saint Lucia's banana plantations, fishing villages, rainforest and lush tropical vegetation. Our guides will share the local history and stories about significant sites along the way to Soufriere, home to the majestic Pitons. The first stop is Morne Coubaril, a 250-acre working plantation where we'll learn about 18th century plantation life. As we travel along an original mule carriage pathway and through reconstructed slave quarters there will be demonstrations of plantation farming practices including copra, cocoa and manioc production. From there we will continue to the sparkling Diamond Waterfall and the Sulphur Springs where we can immerse in the rich mineral water of the mud baths heated by the volcano itself and feel rejuvenated. Our final stop in Soufriere before the return trip will be for a delicious lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients at a locale tucked away in lush tropical greenery and island exotica.

We'll sail off into the sunset on this romantic cruise that features stunning views of the golden sun sinking into the sea and lighting up the horizon with a spectrum of red, pink and orange shades. We'll snack on delectable appetizers as we stand on deck and watch the sea become ablaze with fiery color and see the Green Flash as the Sun sinks below the horizon; or simply steal away to find a quiet spot where we can be alone together and remember why we fell in love in the first place.

We'll see the world from the treetops and feel like one with nature, gliding from platform to platform, hovering over an abundant, tropical landscape. We will receive the thrill of their lives with an aerial view of Saint Lucia's lush rainforest - an unforgettable experience of nature at its best. After the ride, we will indulge in local refreshments while surrounded by the beauty and serenity of nature.

On our honeymoon we will experience romantic ambiance and tropical island bliss! Together we will indulge in a private candlelight dinner while gazing at the stars on the soft sand beach. We will receive white-gloved service, a personalized menu including a four course meal and Champagne with a long stem rose!

We would love to take our crazy four legged beast with us to enjoy in our memories. However she will have to make her own memories at the Barker Lounge.
