We will spend the day sailing aboard a beautiful catamaran along the tropical west coast of St. Lucia. Heading ashore to see the island's landmark, the Pitons, soaring over 2,000 feet (600 meters) in the air. We will visit the Diamond Botanical Gardens and explore the natural beauty of the waterfalls before heading to the Sulphur Springs inside the Caribbean's only drive-in volcano. We will take a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, getting a look at the rum-making process and learning about the many different brands of rum that are made here, including premium brands like 1931 and Admiral Rodney, Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum, Crystal White Rum, and Marigot Bay Liqueurs in flavors like coconut and chocolate orange. This two hour tour will allow us to descend to 20 feet and breathe underwater without the use of heavy equipment. We will see spiny lobster, arrow crabs, parrotfish and sea turtles swimming amid the barrel sponge and brain coral!
