On our Carnival honeymoon, we’ll experience Izmir and one of the Seven Wonders of the World! Our guide will share with us the history of this beautiful city while passing by the Hadrian Temple and the Arcadian Way, to see the Celsius Library. We’ll witness the Baths of Scholastikia, the Terrace Houses and tour the Great Theatre before having time to shop for souvenirs!

We’ll see Barcelona’s highlights and the Gothic Quarter on our Carnival honeymoon! In the Gothic Quarter, we’ll soak in its atmosphere, browse the shops and drive to Catalunya Square to see the Sagrada Familia Church. At the Spanish Village we’ll stop in the Montjuic Mountain, take a stroll through the Castilian Streets to enjoy free time looking at the local arts and crafts, finishing up with a walking to the pier to witness the Olympic Ring!

We’ll relax on one of Messina’s beautiful beaches on our Carnival honeymoon! Driving along the Ionian Coast and the bay to Giardini Naxos, we’ll pass by quaint villages with views of the Straights of Messina surrounded by lush Mediterranean fragrant flowers, orange and lemon trees. Arriving at the beach, we’ll sit back, relax soak up some rays, take a swim in the refreshing blue waters and finish our day with a romantic walk on the beach!

This enchanting excursion will leave us with happy honeymoon memories of Livorno! We’ll enjoy a scenic ride to San Gimignano to explore and view the “Manhattan of Tuscany” skyline, tantalize our taste buds with a local home made meal in a farmhouse before heading to Volterra, surrounded by soft green rolling hills, lush woodland and natural charms. Here we’ll visit the famous Piazza Dei Priori and have free time to explore the town.

On our Carnival honeymoon, we’ll visit the most breathtaking sites in Athens, Greece! We’ll visit the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the Erectheion and see the entire city of Athens below, visit the local museum and enjoy a Greek lunch at a restaurant in Plaka. On our way to the National Archeological Museum we’ll pass the Temple of Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the Monument of the Unknown Soldier before we explore the Plaka area at our leisure!

In Rome, we’ll see the Pyramid, Circus Maximus and the famous arena of the Chariots Racing, the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Venice Square. At Barberini Square we’ll visit Bernini’s Triton Fountain, the Borghese Gardens and the Aurelian Walls and as we drive past People Square, and the ancient Hadrian Mausoleum. To end our exciting tour, we’ll do some sightseeing and shopping in St. Peter’s Square at our own leisure!

Exploring this beautiful charming city of Barcelona will leave us with cherished memories! We’ll drive past the Sagrada Familia Church, taking in Gaudi’s creative structure built in the 1940’s, drive through the most elegant avenue in Barcelona, the Passeig de Gracia as well as pass by La Padrera House and Casa Batlo. On Passeig de Gracia, we’ll stop in a local restaurant and sample tapas while admiring the views of the stunning Mediterranean Sea!

We’ll discover Rome and its magical sites topping off our Carnival honeymoon! Aboard our motor coach, we’ll drive past St. Paul’s Basilica, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, stop at the Trevi Fountain, explore Piazza Venezia and witness the Roman Forum. After savoring an authentic Roman lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll visit the Vatican state and the Vatican Museums seeing magnificent collections and pieces from centuries ago!

Together we’ll discover the House where the Blessed Virgin is said to have spent her last years! On this breathtaking journey through Izmir’s town, we’ll tour around the House, drink from the healing water of the Fountain of St. Mary and explore the grounds. Heading back down the magnificent valley, we’ll pass by Hadrian’s Temple, the Gymnasium and the ruins of the Stadium, walk down Arcadian Way to see the Celsius Library, the Baths of Scholastikia and the Terrace Houses.

On this amazing excursion, we’ll discover the magnificent Leaning Tower of Pisa in Livorno! We’ll tour the Pisan Romanesque-style Cathedral to see the façade adorned with colonnades, arcades and bronze doors and tour the inside of the Baptistery with its Romanesque and Gothic designs. The highlight of the tour is the visit inside the Leaning Tower witnessing its beauty and inclination, climb the 294 steps to the top to take in spectacular sweeping views!

Exploring the heart of Lucca will leave us with nothing but memories to last us a lifetime! From Livorno, our guide will take us to the Renaissance Walls, the Duomo Cathedral surrounded by beautiful buildings and Amphitheater Square surrounded by majestic buildings including the Baptistery of Saints Giovanni and Reparata where we’ll have free time to shop in the quaint boutiques and enjoy a glass or two of fine wine!

We’ll be guided through Piazza Municipio, Via Garibaldi, Piazza Cairoli, Via Cannizzaro and Corso Cavour on this amazing excursion! Our guide will show us Cristo Re Church before driving along the north coast with promising views of the Ganzirri Lakes, the Messina Strait and the Capo Peloro. While learning about Messina’s history, we’ll make a stop in Cathedral Square witnessing the bell tower houses and tour inside of this Norman-style Cathedral and explore the little lovely museum and its many treasures!

We’ll see spectacular sweeping views while riding along the Amalfi Coast boasting lush vegetation, its beautiful cliff-top settings, sweetly scented flowers and 13th century charms. At a local restaurant, we’ll dine and sip on wine before view the Dolomitic cliffs and Almalfi situated at the mouth of a deep gorge along the coast, seeing the Cathedral of St. Andrea and exploring the boutiques and charming atmosphere before driving back to Naples!

Discovering Florence, we’ll take a walking tour of the city to see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the stunning Campanile Bell Tower before passing by Piazza della Signoria to view paintings, drawings and a copy of Michelangelo’s David. While enjoying the enchanting Piazza Santa Croce in Livorno, we’ll see the 14th century Ponte Vecchio Bridge, marvel at beautiful masterpieces at the Accademia and have free time to shop the quaint boutiques and savor a traditional Italian lunch at a local restaurant!

Aboard our Carnival honeymoon cruise ship, we’ll indulge in classical cocktails, tropical concoctions or cold refreshing beer while relaxing by the pool in the wonderful sun. Cheers!
