In a tropical setting at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort in St. Lucia, we will sit back, relax and indulge in our very own cabana for two. We are looking forward to this excursion visiting the world's only drive-in volcano. As we enter the remains of the volcanic crater we will see the suphuric springs bubbling up from the volcanic lake. We will end our tour with a dip in the natural mud bath.

With your wedding gift, we will revel in the excitement of climbing Gros Piton covered with thick tropical vegetation, rising 2,461 feet out of the sparkling cobalt blue waters of the Caribbean waters. After our long and hot half-day hike up the giant lava formation, we will be anticipating our arrival back to our villa to enjoy the coldest beverage in town!

Together we will take a relaxing cruise on board a catamaran as we sail into the Caribbean Sea for two hours. Along the way, we will sit back, relax and sip on Crystals favorite, Champagne, and light hors d’oeuvres. This is a perfect way for us to end the day and start a tropical evening drenched in romance!

A moderate and educational hike among lower mountain forest, fruit bearing trees will take you to a hidden treasure that many have longed to visit since 1980: Superman’s Waterfall. The 70 feet volcanic waterfall cascades into a pool below where you will have a refreshing swim and mud bath. Fresh local juice and fruits in season will be served after your mud bath. The hike continues the same path to the old plantation house of the Morne Coubaril Estate. There, a plantation tour of how crops such as Coconut, cocoa and manioc are processed will be given as well as visiting the 18th century sugar mill and Amerindian village.

A Willy Wonka dream dinner. This restaurant is located on St. Lucia's oldest cocoa estate. Set in an open air pavilion over looking the Pitons. They have won numerous awards for their signature dishes that all are made with chocolate. Boucan is said to be one of the best, and certainly the most interesting, restaurant on the island.

Guests and visitors flock to Dasheene to enjoy the spectacular views and award-winning cuisine. Best known for eclectic and innovative menu items. Dasheene sets itself apart by focusing on sustainable cooking sourced from locally harvested ingredients. Executive Chef, Nigel Mitchel's kitchen, is dedicated to serving up fresh native ingredients from island farmers and neighboring plantations that grow their produce primarily for the resort.

Located at the northern end of Soufrière, Orlando’s is in a beautiful courtyard garden setting where they serve ‘ Ti Manje‘,which means small plate of food in the local Kwéyòl language. Chef Orlando’s mission is simple: to make Caribbean cuisine as influential and flavorful as other internationally known cuisines by using only the freshest local fish, meat and produce to create his masterpieces. There is also a small, but very carefully chosen wine list that pairs well with the cuisine and enhances the dining experience.
