Seth & Lauris

So get this, Seth and Lauris want to strap big air helmets on and walk around on the ocean floor. Crazy, right? Well they want to give it a try anyway! Hopefully this turns out better than the dune buggy excursion they tried last time...

Last time Lauris and Seth went on a cruise, Seth discovered he liked to gamble. Don't worry, he didn't lose his shirt over it or anything (he actually broke even). This gifts puts money towards his "Bankroll" on the trip.

Lauris and Seth will have plenty of opportunities to relax on the beach and swim in the ocean. The best part of swimming in tropical waters is the snorkeling. Give them some some snorkeling gear and let them have a good time in the surf. Maybe Lauris will finally find Nemo.

The last time Lauris and Seth were in Cozumel, they tried a horrible idea called Xrails. Basically think of a dune buggy with no suspension through a concrete course in a cow pasture. Pretty lame, right? Well this time lets make sure they get a better story. This shore excursion is a trip to a local facility to swim with dolphins. It also includes a meal (because Seth loves to eat). If they get bored, the facility is near downtown Cozumel. Lauris could try her hand at shopping again. Last time she awkwarded her way into some good deals.

Send Seth and Lauris on a day that fits both their interest. First they can go meet the local wildlife of at the Gumbalimba Preserve. Let's be honest, Seth is going to be walking around diagnosing the birds. After Lauris gets tired of him playing bird doc, they can go to the Tabyana Beach. Once there, they can relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

Lauris and Seth love their coffee. An afternoon pick-me up is always in order. This gifts gets them each one of their favorite caffeinated beverages!

Last summer Seth had the magical experience of going to a Brazilian steakhouse while at a conference. Since then he has been trying to find a way to get Lauris to one. This is gift is a chance to let Lauris see if the buffet of roasted meat is worthy of all the hype Seth has been giving it. Send these two to a great dinner on the ship one night!

What is better than an afternoon coffee in one of the many shops around the french quarter? Fried dough of course!!! Treat the newly weds to some afternoon coffee and beignets in New Orleans!

This gift covers the corkage fee for one bottle of wine that Lauris could bring on the cruise. We suggest that you also give her a bottle to take aboard. She like semi-sweet and sweet varieties.

Seth loves sea food. Lauris hates it. Hibachi grills are a great chance for both of them to get something they love with an Asian flair! We all know Lauris loves Asian culture and food. Plus the last time they went, Lauris actually caught the shrimp in her mouth and ate it! Lets send them out again for dinner and see if Lauris will try shrimp a second time!

Lauris and Seth are not what you call morning people. So getting up and making breakfast is a struggle. There are some great little breakfast place only a short walk away from their hotel in New Orleans. Help them start the day off right. Maybe a trip to the Cafe Du Monde or the Ruby Slipper

Seth has had the chance to try a fair number of New Orleans restaurants. While in New Orleans, he plans to take Lauris to some of his favorite places. Help him give her a taste of New Orleans! The Bourbon House shrimp was fantastic. Maybe that is the trick to getting her to like seafood again.

Last time Lauris and Seth accidentally ended up in Costa Maya, they went on a tour of the local ruins and Seth finally purposed to Lauris. They didn't have much time that day to relax and enjoy the town. This time they want to take the chance to wander around and do some shopping. Plus this will be the fourth port in four days, so they are probably going to be beat. This gift goes towards some spending money so they can get souvenirs to remember the town they started it all in.

So many people work to keep Lauris and Seth cared for on the cruise. Waiters at all the meals, cabin steward, cooks, bartenders, the list goes on. This gift will go towards covering the gratuity for the various staff.

There will be plenty of photographers on the cruise snapping pictures of us enjoying the trip. This gift will allow us to take some of the images home with us to remember the trip by.
