Our journey takes us first to the expansive Roseau Valley once cultivated for sugar cane but now Saint Lucia's largest banana plantation, and then to the restored Sugar Mill at La Sikwi in the quaint fishing village of Anse la Raye. We'll visit a museum and learn the history of sugar in the West Indies. Then it's time to sample an array of locally produced rums and liquors at a distillery. On our return trip we will stop at the picturesque Marigot Bay for a once in a lifetime photo opportunity.

We will visit the eighth wonder of the world - an actual active volcano that we can walk right through. Our journey will begin at the quaint fishing villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries and then it's on to the banana plantations. We'll soon arrive in Soufriere - the old capital of Saint Lucia - where we will visit the world famous Sulphur Springs. A stop at the picturesque Marigot Bay on our way back is the perfect spot for a photo op. It's an adventure we won't want to miss.

We'll see the world from the treetops and feel like one with nature, gliding from platform to platform, hovering over an abundant, tropical landscape. We will receive the thrill of their lives with an aerial view of Saint Lucia's lush rainforest - an unforgettable experience of nature at its best. The Soufriere Jeep Discovery & Waterfall Revelation will take us on a scenic journey through Saint Lucia's banana plantations, fishing villages, rainforest and lush tropical vegetation. Our guides will share the local history and stories about significant sites along the way to Soufriere, home to the majestic Pitons. The first stop is Morne Coubaril, a 250-acre working plantation where we'll learn about 18th century plantation life. As we travel along an original mule carriage pathway and through reconstructed slave quarters there will be demonstrations of plantation farming practices including copra, cocoa and manioc production. From there we will continue to the sparkling Diamond Waterfall and the Sulphur Springs where we can immerse in the rich mineral water of the mud baths heated by the volcano itself and feel rejuvenated. Our final stop in Soufriere before the return trip will be for a delicious lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients at a locale tucked away in lush tropical greenery and island exotica.
