We'll board a sleek and roomy helicopter and soar beyond the beaches to Kauai's largely uninhabited tropical wilderness, uncovering the undulating, secluded beauty of the Garden Isle's more aloof side. Next, we will get our toes out of the sand and see what really makes Kauai special, soaking up views that literally stretch for miles on a 50-minute aerial ride over the oldest Hawaiian island.

We will embark on a romantic sunset sail on our honeymoon and create unforgettable Maui memories. While cruising through the alluring waters of the Pacific Ocean, we will tantalize our taste buds with sumptuous appetizers and our favorite drinks. As we admire the sun setting below the sparkling water’s horizon, we will toast to our honeymoon in paradise.

We'll spend the morning sailing through paradise along the emerald and crimson patchwork Na Pali Coast. Towering sea cliffs, misty waterfalls and otherworldly lava tubes provide a backdrop for our seafaring adventure. We'll get ready to spend our morning on one of 2 sleek 55-foot (17-m) catamarans - Spirit of Kauai and Spirit of Akialoa. The breeze off the water will drive our vessel through the salty air as the captain takes us to his favorite snorkeling spots.

We'll learn to shred killer waves during a small-group lesson of no more than 3 fellow wave riders. We'll prepare for a 90-minute session on Hawaii's most forgiving waves in Hanalei or Wailua. We’ll slide into our Quicksilver rash guard t-shirt, hop on our beginner surfboard and we will put our trust in this local surf legend who’s been hitting the waves around the world for more than 40 years.

There's no better introduction to the reef in Hawaii than a glass bottom boat cruise. We will tour the coral gardens of the coast, teeming with brightly colored reef fish, endangered sea turtles and other marine life without getting wet!

In the alluring settings of Duke’s Beach House, we will indulge in a round of our favorite drinks. We will choose from an extensive menu featuring exotic and tropical concoctions, classic cocktails, wine by the glass and draft beer. While sipping on our desired drinks, we will enjoy upbeat entertainment and admire the sun setting below the sparkling water’s horizon.

The breakfast and lunch served at Duke’s Beach House promises us an array of tantalizing options. We will start our day just steps from the sand and take delight in Banana & Mac Nut Pancakes or Peppered Ahi Bennies. At lunch we will fuel up with fresh Fish Tacos or the Mango BBQ Ribs and Huli Huli Chicken.

With your lovely wedding gift, we will enjoy a romantic dinner for two at Duke’s Beach House. In an enchanted setting, we will choose from a menu presenting locally sourced ingredients, sustainable seafood and premium steaks. Our perfect evening in paradise will end with an after dinner drink or a decadent dessert like the Trio of Crème Brulee with Kona espresso, Tahitian vanilla and Hawaiian vintage chocolate.

The Maui Lu'au promises us tantalizing cuisine and exciting entertainment on our Hawaiian honeymoon at Honua Kai Resort & Spa. We will be transported back in time and experience the culture and food of Polynesia at a traditional Lu'au. As we indulge in an all-you-can-eat dinner, dessert buffet and drinks, we will be mesmerized by Hula, fire dancers and songs of the Pacific!
