We'll spend the morning sailing through paradise along the emerald and crimson patchwork Na Pali Coast. Towering sea cliffs, misty waterfalls and otherworldly lava tubes provide a backdrop for our seafaring adventure. We'll get ready to spend our morning on one of 2 sleek 55-foot (17-m) catamarans - Spirit of Kauai and Spirit of Akialoa. The breeze off the water will drive our vessel through the salty air as the captain takes us to his favorite snorkeling spots. Cost $320 per couple.

The Bike Downhill Canyon to Coast is an exhilarating bike ride from the rim of the famed Waimea Canyon (el. 3500') down 13 miles of smooth winding blacktop all of the way to the shore of the blue Pacific. We will enjoy the beautiful early morning light over Waimea Canyon, which is just spectacular! We won't be snoozing, we will be cruising! We will be served steaming Kauai Coffee and fresh blueberry muffins as we ride up in a van. If we decide to take the afternoon tour, we will see the sun dip low over Ni'ihau, the Forbidden Island. We will be served cold soft drinks, spring water and Kauai cookies. Comfortable helmets and operating procedures make for a ride that's safe and controlled, yet still invigorating. We will be riding through one of the most beautiful and interesting places on the planet, so of course, we will stop along the way for photos and narrative on history, culture, folklore, and legends. We'll come face to face with Hawaii's most famous waterfall - Manawaiopuna Falls - on Kauai. This elite helicopter tour will take us to a privately-owned valley, home to Manawaiopuna Falls (better known as "Jurassic Falls"). Our pilot will land the helicopter near the base of the waterfall, shut the aircraft down and personally escort us over a small footbridge and along a jungle pathway to the front of this nearly 400-foot (122-meter) waterfall. Once at the waterfall, we will have the opportunity to feel the mist on your face, take awesome pictures or just enjoy the power and beauty of this magnificent waterfall while our knowledgeable pilot talks about the flora, fauna and geological attributes of this area. $700 per couple.

We'll watch as the evening dims and then relights with poi ball twirlers and fire knife dancers. A lavish buffet will await us in an evening that captures the gambit - from the quiet intimacy to the stunning display of sight and sounds. Nestled in a 35-acre (14-ha) manicured pasture, Gaylord's Restaurant Kilohana sits at the end of a winding driveway. When we enter we will see the paintings of Ethel and Gaylord Parke Wilcox that line the walls. The luau celebrates the triumphs and struggles of the Hawaiian people - culminating in word, music and the hypnotic light trails of a fire dance.Cost $330 per couple.

We'll fall in love with Kauai in record time on this guided showcase of "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific" that also highlights Nawiliwili Harbor, Hanapepe Lookout, Spouting Horn and many more of the island's most beautiful natural formations. Cost $150 per couple.

We'll learn to surf some great waves during a small-group lesson of no more than 3 fellow wave riders. We'll prepare for a 90-minute session on Hawaii's most forgiving waves in Hanalei or Wailua. We’ll slide into our Quicksilver rash guard t-shirt, hop on our beginner surfboard and we will put our trust in this local surf legend who’s been hitting the waves around the world for more than 40 years. Cost $125 per couple.

We will charter a boat and enjoy a day of sport fishing at the best fishing spot on the Na Pali Coast. Hopefully we'll catch some Mahi Mahi, Pacific Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Wahoo, or Rainbow Runners! Our catch of the day will be deliciously prepared for us at the dock restaurant while we enjoy the coldest beverage in town!

Visible only by air or by sea, the stunning cliffs of the Na Pali Coast are even more spectacular at sunset. We'll enjoy a delicious dinner as the sun sinks below the horizon. We'll sail along Kauai's dramatic Na Pali Coast, with views of sea cliffs, waterfalls and lava tubes. Cost $320 per couple.

On our romantic honeymoon we will enjoy a peaceful ride on gentle horses, ambling across a private, working cattle ranch. Our unique adventure begins with 30 minutes on horseback, soaking up panoramic views of mountains, valleys and the ocean. We might even find ourselves riding through a herd of cows and calves. Along the way, our guide will share ranch and paniolo history with the true spirit of aloha. This horseback ride is safe for the first-time rider and enjoyable for the experienced, as well. After tying up the horses, we'll hike about 15 minutes along a steep trail, up and down (500-foot gain) with steps and rope handholds. As we wind through the lush rainforest, we'll descend a 10-foot rock wall on our way to a private 80-foot waterfall where we will explore the falls, and swim in the fern-lined pool. Then we will enjoy a delicious picnic and relax, before hiking out for 15 minutes (including a climb back up the rock wall). Our adventure ends with a leisurely ride back across open pastures, enjoying the spectacular scenery. Cost $300 per couple

On our honeymoon we'll take a ride on a historic Harley Davidson, and rip through town, of course doing the speed limit!

We'll need a spa day just to ourselves! We will sit back, relax and indulge in a rejuvenating and revitalizing spa treatment or massage to help soothe our tense muscles and to help us get back in the groove.
