The Fairmont Kea Lani promises us exclusive indulgence with the Three Course Cultural Experience at Kō restaurant. We will discover the fresh flavors of Hawaii’s sugarcane era with a menu featuring the restaurant’s most popular pupus, entrees and desserts. Served at sunset only, we will choose from “Lumpia” Filipino Spring Rolls, Portuguese Bean Soup, Korean Style Spicy Chicken, and more. For dessert, we will indulge in Portuguese Sweet Bread Pudding, Banana Lumpia, Plantation Pineapple Cake or Wailua Estate Chocolate Baked Custard.

‘Welina” meaning Welcome is used to describe this unforgettable experience beginning with a traditional ti-leaf energy clearing which symbolizes the beginning of a new path. Your journey starts with a pa‘akai salt scrub performed on our state-of-the-art vichy table complete with a warm water mattress and infra-red light therapy, and finishes with a traditional Lomilomi massage. This is the perfect way to begin my Hawaiian immersion.
