We will need to kick off the morning and get our energy to do all things we have planned. The traditional Creole Breakfast in St. Lucia typically consists of items like smoked grouper, Grand mom's cocoa tea, and Augier Creole egg.

We are looking forward to many candlelit dinners on the beautiful St. Lucian beaches. We hear St. Lucia has some of the best cuisines.

Since we picked such fantastic restaurants for dinner, lunch will probably be casual and fun every afternoon. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose a variety of different ways to attempt to eat light and try many local cuisines.
