We will visit the Jimbaran Market with our guide who will explain the traditional ingredients, the cooking methods and the role that food plays in daily rituals. Next, Balinese and Thai chefs will take us through the process of creating their favorite dishes, with a number of hot plates set up in the open kitchen so we can take an interactive part in the cooking, and enjoy the results!
