We'll spend the morning sailing through paradise along the emerald and crimson patchwork Na Pali Coast. Towering sea cliffs, misty waterfalls and otherworldly lava tubes provide a backdrop for our seafaring adventure. We'll get ready to spend our morning on one of 2 sleek 55-foot (17-m) catamarans - Spirit of Kauai and Spirit of Akialoa. The breeze off the water will drive our vessel through the salty air as the captain takes us to his favorite snorkeling spots.

Our unique tubing adventure will take us back in time to the sugar plantation era. We will relive old traditions and tube the flumes and ditches of the old Lihue Plantation. The Tubing Adventure is an exclusive tubing experience that occurs on private lands that have never before been open to the public. There's something for everyone and every fitness level! We should get ready to have some fun and get wet!

On our romantic honeymoon we will enjoy a peaceful ride on gentle horses, ambling across a private, working cattle ranch. Our unique adventure begins with 30 minutes on horseback, soaking up panoramic views of mountains, valleys and the ocean. We might even find ourselves riding through a herd of cows and calves. Along the way, our guide will share ranch and paniolo history with the true spirit of aloha. This horseback ride is safe for the first-time rider and enjoyable for the experienced, as well. After tying up the horses, we'll hike about 15 minutes along a steep trail, up and down (500-foot gain) with steps and rope handholds. As we wind through the lush rainforest, we'll descend a 10-foot rock wall on our way to a private 80-foot waterfall where we will explore the falls, and swim in the fern-lined pool. Then we will enjoy a delicious picnic and relax, before hiking out for 15 minutes (including a climb back up the rock wall). Our adventure ends with a leisurely ride back across open pastures, enjoying the spectacular scenery.

We'll watch as the evening dims and then relights with poi ball twirlers and fire knife dancers. A lavish buffet will await us in an evening that captures the gambit - from the quiet intimacy to the stunning display of sight and sounds. Nestled in a 35-acre (14-ha) manicured pasture, Gaylord's Restaurant Kilohana sits at the end of a winding driveway. When we enter we will see the paintings of Ethel and Gaylord Parke Wilcox that line the walls. The luau celebrates the triumphs and struggles of the Hawaiian people - culminating in word, music and the hypnotic light trails of a fire dance.

We will charter a boat and enjoy a day of sport fishing at the best fishing spot on the Na Pali Coast. Hopefully we'll catch some Mahi Mahi, Pacific Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Wahoo, or Rainbow Runners! Our catch of the day will be deliciously prepared for us at the dock restaurant while we enjoy the coldest beverage in town!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

With your wedding gift, we will taste the flavors of Hawaiian regional cuisine that reflects the cultures living on the islands. This will be a unique fine dining honeymoon experience and it will leave us with fond honeymoon memories! We can't wait!

Wonder who will feed who grapes in bed? We'll order a nice basket of fruit that should keep our energy high.

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.

With so many ice cream parlors in town, we'll try everything from hot fudge sundaes to soft serve ice cream and thick milkshakes. Who cares about the diet on our fantastic getaway!

Plenty of time will be spent in the sun, so we won't let the rays ruin our perfect trip. Sunscreens and lotions will soothe and protect our skin.

This camera will allow us to capture even the most elusive marine life. This is the perfect gift for us - the warm water tropical travelers.

We'll need sunglasses that provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. We'll look cool and feel even cooler!
