On this Exclusive Whale Watching Cruise, you'll escape the masses on a boat that holds a maximum of 16 guests. You'll have the opportunity to view magnificent marine mammals in the most beautiful part of the country with a professional crew, onboard a custom-built, state-of-the-art aluminum-chambered boat. The cabin cruiser offers a soft, enjoyable ride, and is considered one of the safest boats in the industry. It includes heating inside and a bathroom. While our guests absorb the spectacular atmosphere of whales surfacing, with the scenic background of Southeast Alaska, we assist with interpretation from our local naturalist and also offer Alaskan snacks and premium beverages. Southeast Alaska has marvelous historic origins. With this excursion, you can re-enact the experience aboard a canoe, venturing within yards of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Your Juneau excursion begins with a scenic ride to beautiful Mendenhall Lake. Board your authentic Alaskan Native-style canoe, which holds up to 19 passengers, and begin your unforgettable Alaska adventure. Small-sized groups allow for an intimate family experience. A limited U.S. Forest Service permit grants you the ability to experience one of Alaska's most notable natural wonders up close. Paddle across Mendenhall Lake's serene waters, navigating past floating icebergs, spectacular glacier views, and towering peaks. Your expert guide shares natural history and Native lore as you travel across the gorgeous waters. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as arctic terns, eagles, goats, salmon, otters, bears, and more. A delicious snack is served on the beach at Nugget falls which gives you a great opportunity to refuel for our return paddle across the lake.

Discover the thrill of riding a sled pulled by a team of Alaskan Huskies, cuddle up with the adorable puppies and learn about Alaska’s state sport! Visit this authentic summer training camp for professional mushers and their sled dogs, many of which have competed in the world renowned Iditarod and Yukon Quest races. Our journey begins with a scenic drive through downtown Skagway and along stunning coastline to a musher’s camp in Dyea Valley. Hop into a multi-purpose 4 wheel drive vehicle for an adventurous ride into the rainforest and up the mountain to the dog teams. Prepare for take-off! We will get in our wheeled summertime sled for a thrilling ride as 16 Alaskan Huskies pull our sled down a zigzagging mile long trail through the rainforest! After our ride, we will meet and take pictures with your dog team. Sit back and relax to learn more about the dogs care, races and equipment. Cuddle up with some cute husky pups and watch them hard at play in their special playground. A crackling fire, complimentary drinks and a unique gift shop round out our visit.

Due to plane schedules and prices, we had to extend our honeymoon for one more day....why not in Vegas? We will only be there for the night, but intend on either seeing a show or having a nice dinner at a casino on the strip. This is Chuck's first time in Vegas!

Take a scenic cruise from Seattle to Friday Harbor, where you will embark on an exciting day of whale-watching and sea life exploration. Learn about the area's vibrant ecosystem from the on board naturalist and tour a charming island town. Explore Washington's natural beauty with a full day tour of the area's captivating wildlife. Begin your journey in Seattle, where you'll board the ferry for a Puget Sound cruise. Admire the expansive views of unparalleled beauty on your way to San Juan Island. By mid-morning, you will arrive at the islands, where you will embark for the highlight of your day, a whale-watching cruise. Keep your eyes peeled for orca whales (also known as killer whales), as well as Dall's porpoises, seals, otters, and impressive birds such as bald eagles. Take advantage of the on board naturalist's extensive knowledge about the area's whales and other magnificent creatures. Following the whale-watching cruise, step off the boat and onto San Juan Island for some touring on your own. With your complimentary guidebook in hand, you'll have about two hours to explore the quaint town of Friday Harbor. Tour the charming streets by foot or rent a bike. Visit the Whale Museum or the sculpture garden at Westcott Bay Reserve. Following your independent touring of Friday Harbor, return to the ferry that will bring you back to Seattle.

We would love to take a ride on the iconic Seattle Great Wheel on Pier 57 and see the city of Seattle like never before. Each gondola can fit 8 people and provide an amazing ride that lights up the sky at night.

For a unique experience, the authentic Brazilian steakhouse is a must. We’ll start with an impressive salad bar of imported cheeses, olives, cured meats, ceviche and specialty salads. We’ll be sure to save room for the delicious skewers of slow-roasted meats including beef, pork, lamb and chicken – all carved tableside by the Pasadores.

Since our hotel room is across the street from Pike Place, we are looking forward to tasting all that Seattle has to offer.

While visiting the San Juan Islands, we would love to stop for lunch at the famed San Juan Island Cheese Cafe. We would love to sit along the water in Friday Harbor, having wine and cheese, and enjoying the view of this beautiful landscape!

We are not renting a car once in Seattle because parking is SO expensive in the summer, so we are relying on shared shuttles, cabs, and Ubers.
