For Join us on 7 exhilarating ziplines beginning at our original Treehouse Zipline Course. Each line on this tour is different - single lines, tandem lines, Zippel over a waterfall, ride over rivers and across Kipu Ranch. And once you're all done warming up, it's time to fly high above Kauai on Hawaii's longest zipline.

We'll learn to shred killer waves during a small-group lesson of no more than 3 fellow wave riders. We'll prepare for a 90-minute session on Hawaii's most forgiving waves in Hanalei or Wailua. We’ll slide into our Quicksilver rash guard t-shirt, hop on our beginner surfboard and we will put our trust in this local surf legend who’s been hitting the waves around the world for more than 40 years.

The Bike Downhill Canyon to Coast is an exhilarating bike ride from the rim of the famed Waimea Canyon (el. 3500') down 13 miles of smooth winding blacktop all of the way to the shore of the blue Pacific. We will enjoy the beautiful early morning light over Waimea Canyon, which is just spectacular! We won't be snoozing, we will be cruising! We will be served steaming Kauai Coffee and fresh blueberry muffins as we ride up in a van. If we decide to take the afternoon tour, we will see the sun dip low over Ni'ihau, the Forbidden Island. We will be served cold soft drinks, spring water and Kauai cookies. Comfortable helmets and operating procedures make for a ride that's safe and controlled, yet still invigorating. We will be riding through one of the most beautiful and interesting places on the planet, so of course, we will stop along the way for photos and narrative on history, culture, folklore, and legends. We will get hands-on and identify native plants, trees and birds. As well as having an enjoyable ride in a beautiful place, we will learn about what makes Kauai so special!

The cacao orchard is located on the North Shore of Kauai. We will learn about permaculture and see how a sustainable organic exotic fruit farm works. The chocolate farm tour is a three-hour guided educational adventure where we will learn all about the cacao tree and see how chocolate is made from the cacao fruit (cacao pods). We will see four different varieties of Theobroma Cacao and Theobroma Grandiflorum. At the end of the tour we will sit down to a chocolate tasting to sample a multitude of chocolates from Hawaii, all grown and made on Kauai and the Big Island. They make a fresh hot chocolate drink with coconut milk, local Kauai honey and fresh vanilla beans. Included in the extensive chocolate tasting are also samples of their renowned coconut butter truffles, winner of the People's Choice Award and Best Dessert of the 2009 Healing Garden Festival.
