Buenos Aires, Argentina is the major airport through which we'll stop on our way to southern South America. So we figured why not stop for a day or two to take in the sites?

We're excited to travel down to the tip of South America so that we can cruise across to the south pole (well, not quite to the south pole, but to the same continent.)!

To reach Antarctica, we'll have to traverse Drake Passage via ship (Don't worry, it won't be the small sailboat pictured to the right - but that was the closest stock image available. You get the idea.). This vessel will not only bring us to our destination, but also serve as our accommodations for our stay.
