On this independent day trip to St. Barts, we set off on a sightseeing scavenger hunt in an open-top Jeep Wrangler. While there is the options to follow a map, we can choose our own adventure. After exploring the island, we are treated to a delicious French-influenced lunch and then can shop in the downtown area or head to Shell beach for some snorkeling and other sun and water activities.

Watching the sunset fade on the horizon, we will be able to enjoy rum punch (and other cocktails from the open bar), appetizers, and a Creole style dinner. It is the perfect way to end a fun day on the beach.
