We will visit the local market with our guide who will explain the traditional ingredients, the cooking methods and the role that food plays in daily rituals. Next, Balinese and Thai chefs will take us through the process of creating their favorite dishes, with a number of hot plates set up in the open kitchen so we can take an interactive part in the cooking, and enjoy the results!

On a glass bottom kayak we will see the multicolored coral, the incredible marine life and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world at our beautiful destination, without even getting wet!

We'll choose from an array of prime aged steaks, chops, bone-In New York, filet mignon, double pork chops and racks of lamb. All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.

Any help to get to and from our destination is a wonderful gift. We will be thanking you long after take off.
