We'll set sail from Vlihada to the Red and Black sand beaches, the Hot Springs, swim in the Aegean, and feast on a greek dinner on board a catamaran. Our final stop will be below the picturesque village of Oia for watching the sunset.

On our wine tour we will sample as many as 9 different varietals, including wines made from the indigenous Assyrtiko grape. We'll explore a volcanic vineyard, visit wine cellars, and enjoy a platter of local delicacies to accompany the wine.

After several days of exploring, we will get some much needed rest and relaxation at the Blue Palace Resort Spa in Crete!

Spinalonga Island is home to a ruined 17th-century Venetian fortress and one-time leper colony. On our tour we will explore the preserved houses, buildings and lanes. Afterwards, we will enjoy time to swim in the turquoise waters off the neighboring island of Kolokytha, and sit down to a delicious lunch

Our first dinner alone as a married couple at Hope Restaurant! Nestled in a steep hillside in the ancient hamlet of Mavrikiano above Elounda, Hope has been a local lair since 1938. We can't wait to feast on authentic Mediterranean food and wine after a long day of traveling .
