This will be one amazing and breathtaking experience for us to remember for years to come! We'll begin the tour by soaring through the trees using an intricate system of harnesses while gazing at the surrounding jungle as we learn about the flora and fauna of the beautiful landscape. After the tour we'll unwind and enjoy a cool beverage back at the Canopy Cafe they have on site!

We'll climb aboard our comfortable 4 x 4 Land Rover for an adventurous and fun-filled tour of the most interesting and beautiful places on the Island. The guides will share their folklore, culture, and history as we journey to the countryside. We'll enjoy a sumptuous lunch at Betty's Hope and then it's on to Long Bay Beach for a refreshing swim and a relaxed day on the beach before returning to the resort.

This tour begins by off-roading through Antigua's countryside before we kayak to North Sound National Park to see first-hand the fragile natural ecology of the mangroves, habitat of exotic marine animals and plants. Then it's on to uninhabited Bird Island for lunch and we'll climb into the hills for a fascinating, panoramic view of where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea merge. The colorful reef is perfect for snorkeling.

We'll witness the setting sun slowly sinking below the horizon - the most dramatic sunset in Antigua. We will join in at the Shirley Heights Jump Up with live steel band music.

We'll learn to cook true Caribbean style on the beach. Not only do we learn the secrets from a local chef but we also get to feast on our creation for lunch!

Wonder who will feed who grapes in bed? We'll order a nice basket of fruit that should keep our energy high.

We love to spice things up! We'll pick the most fabulous Mexican food restaurant in town, reserve our table and savor South of the Border tacos, tamales and other authentic Mexican favorites all topped off with some fresh salsa. Ole!

All choices are grilled the classic way juicy, tender, with the flavors developed fully. This is a sanctuary for us steak aficionados. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.
