The Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort presents an unforgettable night of Aruban fun and folklore featuring a sumptuous BBQ Buffet Dinner followed by an authentic Aruban Carnaval Dance Show. Led by an expert guide in a two-person ATV, we'll buzz by island residents' charming, colorful homes and then go off-road, jauntily bouncing through the starkly beautiful Aruban countryside. We'll blaze our way over one of Aruba's famous hills and emerge on the rugged coast, where the sun shimmers off the sea and waves crash against the shore. Bottom line: no chills, definitely no spills but plenty of thrills!

Imagine the happy couple in an authentic Brazilian Churrascaria, where Samba music and a dining room filled with beautiful paintings and colorful flowers surround them. Wonder who will feed who grapes in bed? We'll order a nice basket of fruit that should keep our energy high.

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.

In Aruba the oldest remaining houses date back to approximately 1870. Most of these however, were changed over the years in such ways that their original architecture is no longer or hardly recognizable. "Chez Mathilde" is perhaps the only 19th century dwelling in the center of the city which has been kept entirely in its original state. In this historic and utterly romantic atmosphere they offer the opportunity to have a menu designed especially for us by their Executive Chef and impeccably served by the most famous restaurant staff in Aruba. They offer a choice of three "Degustation Menus" by which the Couple, upon making their reservation, will get a personalized set menu arranged by the Executive Chef. The Chef will also be there to provide personal attention and preferred seating for the Couple. Upon departure our gift to the Couple will be a complimentary bottle of Champagne.

We love to spice things up! We'll pick the most fabulous Mexican food restaurant in town, reserve our table and savor South of the Border tacos, tamales and other authentic Mexican favorites all topped off with some fresh salsa. Ole!
